Ryan McDonagh interview tonight

A few weeks ago I posted links to a pair of interviews we did with Max Pacioretty and Matt D'Agostini. I also asked if there were any particular Montreal prospects that you all would like to hear from and the name we were given most often was of defenceman Ryan McDonagh.

Ask and you shall receive. We are scheduled to speak with Ryan tonight on a rare Monday edition of The Pipeline Show. McDonagh is tentatively scheduled to be on at approximately 7:25 PM Mountain time, 9:25 PM Eastern time.

If you have any questions you would like asked, feel free to email them in to us at: pipeup@thepipelineshow.com Keep them brief and try not to submit more than a couple at a time sil vous plait.

You can hear the show live or check out the podcast/RSS archive soon after the show is over. Details HERE.

- Guy

Since being drafted by the Habs, does he use that team in NHL 09?

I wonder if Ryan is apprehensive of being scrutinized by the Montreal fans/media and if given a choice, would he prefer to be in a less hockey-mad environment?

Here are the questions I've asked them to ask...

-Before the WJC, you were often ending games with a minus ratio, but after the WJC, things changed and it was the opposite. What was the turning point for that change?

-What do you still have to work on to get to the next level, and do you think your progression is going as you first thought?

Is he planning to finish his College years ? Or, could he do like Pacioretty and sign a pro contract this summer ?

Can you ask him if he has been keeping tabs with what's going on with the Hamilton Bulldogs?

The interview will be posted here once it becomes available:

The site also has some interesting interviews with some other habs prospects like Pacioretty, D'Agostini and Price.

Terrific sounding kid, well spoken and has a good sense of humor.

My apologies to "Alexandre", I hadn't read you email question until I read it on the air so stumbled when you accidently wrote "612 lbs"... it got a laugh.
