Where's Carbo?

We haven't heard a peep from him since his firing.. I wonder how long it will take to hear his side of the story..

carbo is a good man he knows that if he talks right now he might says stuff that he will regret in the future so I guess he's waiting for all this cool off, he doesnt want to to hurt his team in any kind of ways (**** to all of you sooo clever hfer) and will likely appear on tv in a week to state the obvious.

I doubt he will say too much, he's too smart to make a mistake like that. I imagine he is pissed that his good friend Gainey who brought him here from Dallas would fire him, but he knows it's a business first and foremost. Might say something along the lines of what Koivu said, just the reverse...e.g. the players weren't responding, something like that.

They said on Team990 he will address the media next week. He lives in Dallas so he might already have left.

The guy has still 2 years of being paid by the Habs.....anybody really thinks he'll rip the organization and even the players apart? At best you'll be able to read between the lines.

True, he won't say much, when the guy in Tampa that got canned & blew his lid earlier this season, they used it as a breach of contract. He will want to still get paid the next 2 years for sure! He'll be subtle..

I beleive that Carbo knew that it was over earlier. Bob had to have talked to him even before the Dallas game. It wouldn't supprise me if he was offered something else with the habs...

The ***** has to die down...

I know he's had a house on St. Raphael in Ile-Bizard for years. 2 Minutes away from my friend. Seen him walking his dogs and stuff around that area. I could go prowl the area to see if he's gone haha

Yeah he lives in Dallas in the off season, I heard on Mcowan's sportsnet show that his wife flew back with him on the flight Sunday night after the game, so maybe he knew something was up after the Dallas game.

I think he will get a job with the Stars next season in some role, also Brendan Morrow is his son-in-law.

Carbo should take a page out of the Pat Quinn book and not address the media. He should release a statement and then move on so as to not cause any more waves during a playoff race.

I'm sure he accepts the decision, even though he might not agree with it.

There is no quit in him so don't expect him to cry about it. Anger and disappointment were probably the first thing that overcame him, but by now he's probably thinking about what went wrong.

In the end he'll blame himself for not getting the job done.

Unfortunately, the extent of my photoshop skills is making it in the first place

Bad dimensions for a background.

They could void his contract if he talks ill of the team, players and management.
