All signs point to no, but you never can tell.

both last goals were great shots, but they were both left all alone for a shot. one of them off-nights for Budaj, ever y goalie has em, but this is baaaad.
i almost feel bad for budaj. i feel even worse for Jori. =( he paid for this!

I was expecting 3-2 loss or 4-3 wins in OT.

But on the night when BOods is off, defense is off and the rest of the team taking off....................

Epic. If you're going to fail you might as well fail spectacularly.

Exactly. The Avs are great at failing epicly. Teams like Toronto and Atlanta that go to OT every game, on the other hand, fail at failing.

I thought they'd win by two, three at most, not SEVEN!
it takes a team effort to suck this bad

Do you guys think a top draft pick will solve our problems?? Or help it in anyway?? I don't see this team going anywhere if Tony Granato stays.

The only thing left to look forward to this season is Joe's eventual comeback(though i dont know if he should even waste a return to this trash of a coached team) and the day of the draft lottery

Well, the good news is that even if we suck again next year, we'll still get to watch our prospect get better as the year goes on (assuming he plays in the NHL next year).

I don't know if I can stomach watching Avs sucks balls again next year. Blowing leads, unable to get a clutching goals, coaches that moaned and groaned about "bounces". Ouch.

On the good note, Avs picked the right year to tank on deep draft year. On the bad note, Avs picked wrong time to tank on bad economy year. Who would pay tickets to watch sucky teams??

Well maybe they'll somehow turn it around next season. I seriously doubt it though, due to how much we have committed to the same crummy players next year.
