Z-Man will have is 30 goals for this year again... or really close to it. I think he don't want to have less then 30 the way he play right now. He is still the best sniper we have. Have you seen is top shelf shot on Belfour saturday?

I think Zednik has decided to turn it up a notch for the rest of the regular season (in time for the playoffs I assume), so with that in mind I doubt Ryder or Ribiero wil catch him. I could see him nabbing another 6 goals before the year is done.

Zed's been awesome out there lately and is showing no signs of slowing down. I love guys who step it up the last part of the season. I think we can expect another monster performance from him in the playoffs.

Zednik for sure if he keeps it up he'll finish with 30 and maybe a few more.

Zednik already got 25 goals...

Maybe if he... un-scored 1 or 2 and finish at 23 then Ryder could pass him...
_____

Zed is a shoe in already imo.

Wow, I figured it would be a lop-sided Zednik vote but not 50 for Zed and 1 for Ryder as it is at this point.

I thought more would think maybe the Kovalev addition to the 2nd line may put Ryder on a big scoring pace but I guess thats not likely to get him passed Zednik anyway at this point. Zeds pretty hot these days.

Without joking, I really hope Langdon will get at least one goal before the end of the season. The guy get punch up for is team mate the whole year, it would be fun for him to at least have one this year...

9 games remaining. Zed's all over this like fur on a weasle!

Zed: 25
Ryder: 21
Ribs: 19

Will Z get 30? Probably
Will Ryder get 25? Yes
Ribs? could also possibly (not likely though) reach 25

A few stats that habs fans can be proud of:

Zednik has 25 goals and 23 assists ---------- 13th LW in points; 55th in points

Ryder has 21 goals and 34 assists ----------- 15th RW in points; 34th in points

Koivu has 13 goals and 39 assists ----------- 40th in Nhl in points; 16th among Centers.

Ribeiro has 19 goals and 40 assists ----------- 26th in Nhl in points; 9th among Centers.

And some people said we didn't have a first line Center. The stats seem to indicate quite the contrary.

People like to say that the Habs don't have a lot of things but I think as time is passing they are proving those people wrong

If he had play all the games...

... Dagenais would have been the best goal scorer on the team. Zednik is a good player but I don't consider him a sniper since he is missing so many chances... If he was a real sniper, he would be a sure 50 goals scorer. It's awesome how this guy can create scoring chances by himself when he is on his game. Dagenais is a sniper, I don't say that he is a better player, I'm just saying that he is the best goal scorer this team has. Put the puck on his tape and he'll put it in the net.

Dagenais takes 7-8 shots a game from any angle. He's a good player but he's more of a shooter not a sniper.

Take it for what it's worth :

Zednik : 72 games - 25 goals - 194 shots - 12.9 %
Dagenais shooting % : 44 games - 15 goals - 136 shots - 11 %

Sorry darz.. i think maybe the words "he has decided to turn it up" are a little... erm... strange... i think Zednik is just finding himself with abit more confidence and he shots are going in whereas a month ago there were being saved... We all know he is a streaky sniper - a we love him nevertheless. I just don't think that he has a switch and one day he wakes up and says... right i'll turn it on and make sure i score tonite... as a scoring forward i'm sure he hopes to score everynight, i think though hes just getting the breaks right now that he didn't get... I do think though that he has pushed himself harder and is working harder and playing his best hockey of the year right now... that he could decide to do... to you catch my drift... and this is in no way a malicious response aimed at you, i know what your getting at...

As for whether he'll make it to the 30 mark????4

Does a bear S**t in the woods????

EXACTLY!!!!
