I agree. Galiardi is a smart player on both sides of the puck, he's quick, a good passer and a decent shooter.

O'Neill on the other hand was brutal on the first goal.

In all fairness there was 4 purple guys in front of our net on that play. Nobody was doing anything. Vernace looks like the most solid out of the 4 though.

Yup, I've been impressed with him from day 1. He should make the team next year as a depth guy IMO.

did you see macias on that power play?

he was setup for a good onetimer and didnt take the shot, he then decided to pass it back to liles and literally handed it right to the phoenix player

He is too scared to make a mistake. And it leads to even more mistakes. That is how almost every rookie plays. I am getting sick of Liles passing every time he gets the puck. He has a decent shot, he needs to use it more.

Ugh. I just woke up, don't have my glasses on, vision is blurred, and I can still tell Raycroft is in net without being able to really see anything. All I saw was a typical useless movement outside the crease, a wide shot, the delayed reaction to follow the trajectory of the puck, and then the following even further delayed reaction to get back in net. From the score and shots on net, I'd say he's been doing useless movements all game?

I wonder who's gonna score our one goal this time?

Wow. Might as well just take a chainsaw to Tucker's legs.

What happened to Smyth?

Please tell me they called it a "head" injury after he punched Granato in the face during intermission or something

if smyth is out the next 4 games, the avs won't score another goal this year. hejduk and svatos are the best players on the team playing right now. thats scary

reminds me of the playoffs vs. Detroit (well, no svatos there). This is actually quite funny, 2 years in a row half our team ends up decimated by season's end
