Hossa uses a notched out version which is only available to the pro's. If you want one you're gonna have to know someone, check ebay or get your dremel tool out.
I actually got one from the team... Looks brand new and has no scratches at all. What can I do to keep it from getting scratched up? I bought a helmet bag,but don't know if that will be enough...

How did you get it?
As for the scratches, I know with my itech visor if I wash it with a little dish soap a lot of the scratches will disappear. Not sure what the science is on that, though, it might be dissolving a tiny layer of plastic which could mess up the tint.

Ok, a normal dish towel ok to wipe it off during games? As far as getting it, I contacted the team and they sell a lot of the game worn stuff at cheaper prices. Although it's hit or miss as to what they have and the condition it is. This visor looks brand new...I see no scratches what so ever and obviously would like to keep it that way. I've bought a lot of new equipment lately...need one more piece...decent shin guards to replace my crappy old ones..
here is a question...and i feel like a total idiot...is it possible this visor doesn't fit??? Or am i putting it on wrong? I can get the one side on and the other is a total @#@#@. Thanks...
Or do I need different hardware? Not sure how different it can be,but I see other visors that seem too big for other helmets but are mounted...thanks again for the continued help.
I usually use the whitish spacers that come with the visor.
Did you try pulling the sides of the helmet out to meet the visor? It's not the best option, but it works.
Yeah, can't seem to get the thread started from that angle though. Doesn't help I keep fumbling the screws and stuff. Maybe if someone held it for me....

i had a real hard time getting mine on too. i use the itech striaght cut and have a M rbk 8K
it seemed like the visor was MUCH wider than the helmet. first of all, the spacers, they do vary in thickness. some spacers are alot thinner, use the thicker ones. hopefully they came with your visor.
put one side of the visor on, put it in the middle the hole(what i mean is you can adjust it to be closer, or farther from your face, put it in the middle)
once you have that side on, you actually have to bend/flex the visor to make it fit on the other side of the helmet. for some reason out of the box the visors are alot wider than the helmet, once you force them on it adjusts and bomes not as wide

Thank god I'm not the only one...man it's been a frustrating day trying to get this on....I think my spacers are not the "thicker" ones as you describe. I removed my ear covers on the helmet and that seemed to give me enough length after I had already put the one side on. And yeah, it looked far too big for the helmet, but after about an hour and some cursing(my poor dog had to listen to me struggle) and removing the plastic ear covers it's on....jeez....
