Awesome job by our vets.....they were challenged and met the challenge.

Girardi had the best game for us on D -- hitting everything in sight, blocking shots and passing lanes..

Now let's rest up for Philly....It's a Game 7 in my mind

Oh and on a side note, will Zherdev ever friggin learn? What is that guys problem? He was way too careless with the puck.

HUGE WIN! Not over yet still two to play with 4 big points out there against the hated Philadelphia flyers in a season ending home at home series that will be make or break for this NY Ranger team.

I enjoyed it immensely. The Habs were a bit tired, but NYR took the game to them, with very little let-up after they got moving halfway through the first.

A few thoughts.....

-Drury haters be damned. This was the most important game of the season, and he showed up. Way to go Chris.

-What the hell was up with the Subway ads on the glass behind the net?

-Hank looked very sharp, its good that he's playing well during the playoff push.

-I'm very worried about Zherdev. He looked like he was a step behind everything today. Hopefully he gets going and fast. If the Rangers want to win in the playoffs, everyone on the team must be on their game, especially Zherdev.

-Beat Philly and we're in the playoffs. Do it.

LGR.

Great game. Could have easily been a much higher scoring game.

On to the Flyers!

Zherdev may never be able to change his game. It actually will be that big of a challenge, because he has not appeared very adaptable latey.

I agree, he hasn't been in step with anyone in the last while.

He had a really good 3rd period. We have to face the fact that Z is more of a set up guy than Goal scorer.

A missed call on a Scott Hartnell cross-check and a solid effort of their own have the Rangers sitting in great shape heading into the last two games of the year. I'd be PISSED if I was a Florida fan right now.

no idea why anyone would not want him on the team next year. He is still young and has tons of potential. Is he not leading the team in most offensive categories?

Win and in !, wooooooooooo

Below is the link to contact Subway. If you hated the ads tonight as much as I did please let them know you won't touch their product till the ads disappear. I don't want to see this crap every game. Time for a good old fashioned boycott.
