Root for the Avs. It doesn't matter at this point; Tampa isn't getting three more points, and we can't pass anyone.

[QUOTE=SgtPepper;18932830]Why can't this team even lose right? Why is it that they suddenly remember how to play hockey?

lol, they can't win right and they can't lose right. Oh well, either way it has been a fun game to watch.

Oh and there it is San Jose wins it.

Best game we have played all year hands down. It doesn't even matter if we lost we outplayed the best team in the league. It was fun to watch.

I think we need Raycroft and Arnason for the last games.

Would have liked to have seen Hensick or Galiardi in that situation.

Or even Svatos.

Where was this team defence in the first 77 games?

Games like these make me embarassed to be a Sharks fan, and it's no wonder they got a choke reputation around the league.

I think it's being disrespectful of them to not give a crap about their play just because it's Colorado they're facing. No offense meant by that but we all know San Jose severely underrated your work ethic.

2nd round choke job coming right up.

Avs played inspired, but San Jose played like crap. The Sharks looked completely disinterested from the opening face-off. And who can blame them, playing in a game that literally means nothing to them, against a team that is littered with AHL prospects, hasn't scored more than 2 goals in a game but once in the last month, and has one win in the last 10 games.

I think I remember hearing Thornton's name twice the whole game.

None taken, we know were bad. What makes it worse for you guys is that most of our team is made up of AHLers.

Boods: know how those miniscule holes that pucks kept going through disappeared tonight? Please keep it that way if the avs decide to resign you next season (and as a backup, I'd rather have boods than raycroft, so I actually hope they do)

and looks like 3rd to last for us, don't think tampas gonna catch up, so looks like taveras, duchene or MSP

I was so apalled that they didn't even try to take advantage of your inexperienced defense. Thornton was floating the whole game and the PP tried to do some kind of lame drop pass that kept failing over and over again.

They may have scored a PP goal in 11 straight games but their play hasn't looked good at all in that stretch, just goals on lucky bounces.

I can't decide who I want if we end up with the 4th pick.

Im not a huge Evander Kane fan.

I'd probably go with MSP or Schenn 4th.

Ditto. I think out of the (projected) top 5, he's the most likely to develop into nothing/3rd line player.

It's just too risky to draft a guy who's decent one year then god the next.

Don't close the window, on Hedman just yet. I saw Tampa play tonight, I think they have one more win in them. God I hope so
