Lack of talent in a hockey game situation? Not talking about pure skills that could make us win a contest of the Montreal PuckSlappers, but being able to sustain rushes, not being afraid of being hit, ability to aim while being chased....All comes to wanting to pay the price.

I have never seen a team miss the net as this years version of the Habs...they don't hit open nets, clear nets....any net.

this was so obviously a blown game on purpose. This is not the Habs team that played the Ruins, they couldn't give a crap tonight.

Lets be real for a second here. Blame it on being "snake bitten" if you want, but the reality of the situation is that this hodgepodgery of half-assed players are just NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I have never seen a Habs team that gave up so many short-handed goals as this one.

You guys make me laugh, if BG really wanted to win this game, he wouldn't have them throw the game in the 3rd.

Well, that was literally a playoff game - it was so emotional. Look how Boston faired today. Clearly, both the Habs and Bruins were not the same teams today that they were when they met on Thursday. But it should be quite an interesting series. Of course, the Bruins have to be favored, but I have faith the Habs can pull off the upset.

Go Habs Go!

Does that mean we're gonna win 4 in a row against the Ruins ?

Yes, Pleks the little girl. I'd be very surprised if he shows up for the plyoffs. We have been virtually in playoff mode for the last few weeks and he's MIA unless you count being pushed off the puck with ease, never getting anywhere near the boards and never winning any battles. I'm disgusted by his play.

These Habs game threads get smaller and smaller. Must be a lot of frustrated Hab fans.

I'm a Habs fan. I tell it like it is. I am not delusional. If you want to convince yourself the Habs are superior knock yourself out.

I know, how dare they not stay home and post about the game, but rather choosing to go hang out at bars and with friends and have REAL fun unlike some of us...

How dare they.

Oh and you're not welcome here anymore, you don't come here and talk down to us. If you can't be polite, don't post, leave.

This game? I can think of about 30-40 more where they seemed content to just finish it without injuries.

They got beat by the better hockey team. End of story.
