Box lacrosse talk. Doug Favell and Peter Zezel played.

I think Carcillo is settling in. I can't wait to see how effective he is getting under the opponents' skin in a long series.

Of course, they talk about the Phantoms last home game, but they don't mentioned that they clinched the Playoffs in that game.

I'm not a fan of three right handed shots on a line either. Switch it up, John. Carcillo was apparently brought in to play in our top 9...so when he finally proves he could handle it, he doesn't get the minutes.

Great to see the Canes come back to Earth... but not so seeing the Debbies get back on track.

Yeah... but he can make us less bitter. Uppy was a cap casualty, plain and clear, not much that could have been done as it stood... If Carcillo is a bomb there is no solace, if he plays a fair role here, we can move on... IMO

I only caught from half way through the second....seems to me biron looks nervous for some reason...or maybe he's not giving all his effort and saving it for the playoffs?

Giroux is amazing. With every game I cannot believe how well this kid is doing. He has the potential of being the best player on this team (he has already been this on some nights).

Some key players are looking pretty lazy.............so my question is, did the look like this the whole game?

EDIT: they ice surface seems terrrrrrible

It's down to the Penguins or Canes, right?

If so, I'd take the Canes...

I know the deal about it, I understand. I just didn't wish it had to be Uppy and the 2nd... It still hurts. But like I said when the deal was made, if Carcillo can play a fair role, kind of similar to Uppy's. I'll be happy...

This is what concerned me about getting the 4 seed and having the home ice "advantage" if it even is one. Whoever is 5th will have played into that position, but if Carolina is cooling off, I'd rather they stay where they're at.
