Lines vs Boston

So it appears we've shot ourselves in the foot oh well I wanted the B's anyway.

BG has said if Markov isn't in the lineup he'll use 11 fwds and 7 D

Tanguay-Koivu-Kovalev
Higgins-Plekanec-AKost
Lats-Laps-Kostopoulous
Metro-Stewart/Laraque double shifting Tanguay and Kovalev

How will our d line up

I don't thnk he would leave d'Agostini out after the two goal performance in Boston.

Probably Higgins-Metropolit-Weber for the fourth line, with Dandenault on D

Are you trolling or do you really have no idea how to spell half of the players' names? Or did you just have too much beer?

Tanguay - Koivu - Kovalev
Higgins - Plekanec - A. Kostitsyn
Latendresse - Lapierre - Kostopoulos
D'Agostini - Metropolit - Dandenault

Markov - Komisarek
Schneider - Gorges
Hamrlik - Weber

Btw our third line really excites me. How long has it been since a line of ours could compete on the boards like these 3 do?

The only change I would make is put in Laraque instead of Dandy if Markov is ready to go.

D'Agostini is minus -17 after only 53 games .Don't be deceived if Gainey choose to go in the playoffs without him .

We need Laraque in the lineup against the Bruins. If we were playing the Caps I would probably agree with you but Thursday's game was probably an indication on how physical this series will get. We need someone to stand up for our skilled guys and show that our team won't be intimidated. Guys like Chara, Thornton, Lucic on Boston make it necessary to have BGL in the lineup come Thursday.

Tanguay - Koivu - Kovalev
Latendresse - Lapierre - Kostopoulos
Higgins - Metropolit - Weber
S. Kostitsyn/D'Agostini - Plekanec - A. Kostitsyn

Hamrlik - Komisarek
Gorges - Scheinder
Brisebois - Dandenault

Price Halak

When Markov returns, Brisebois and Weber sit, while one of Sergei or D'Ago lock down a fulltime spot.

One of them has to play. I prefer Stewart. He can chip in a goal sometime.

Neither have a goal and Laraque has double his points.

I see where your coming from, Stewy can actually skate.

But i want someone who can make them pay.

With Game 1 in Boston, Laraque will not be dressed

Anytime BG puts him out there, Julien will counter...ie Lucic or Thornton don't get sent out

I'd only play Laraque in Montreal where the Habs can control the line matchups. If you use him in Boston, Julien will just exploit his lack of foot speed.

When does Boullion come back? He could be useful against the Bruins.
