How was the Schneider deal structured again?

The Thrashers sent Schneider along with a conditional 2009 draft pick to the Canadiens in exchange for a 2009 second round pick and a 2010 third rounder.
How was the conditional pick structured again?

If I remember well it was

To Mtl : Schneider and Cond pick
To Atl : 2nd round pick(2009), 3rd round pick(2010)

Cond pick : If MTL doesnt clinch playoff spot, we get 3rd round pick
If we win 1st round, we get 4th round pick
If we win 2nd round, we get 5th round pick

So basically we should get 3rd round pick if we lose against Boston.
4th or 5th round if we win.
Correct me if im wrong

The conditional pick Atlanta will send Montreal depends on how the Canadiens do in the postseason.

If the Habs are knocked out in the first round, Montreal gets a third-rounder in June. If the Canadiens win a round, then it's a fourth-rounder. If they win two rounds, it costs the Thrashers a fifth-rounder, and so on. It's a sliding scale.

So, if I understand you correctly, we will be getting a 7th round pick?

Nope, it caps out in the 5th round, so the Habs will get either a 3rd, 4th or 5th rounder.

Roughly something like,

65th (would be 64th but the rangers get a comp pick)

or

95th

or

125th
