I feel old compared to the people that replied.

I'm 23 (almost 24, but don't remind me). I work as a multimedia designer at a college. I learned photoshop by playing around with it in 2004, then learned it properly in 2005. I took the eMedia and Design course at Dev Studios where I also learned Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc. It got me a pretty awesome job too.

Hey everyone, I'm new to these boards but not to hockey. I used to make multiple graphics a week but I haven't in a while. I recently got back into it and have made a bunch of avatars that I'll be posting soon!

Anyway, my name is Raven and I'm 21 years old. I have been making graphics for a good 8 years, starting in Paint (woo!) and moving up to a program called Microsoft Photodraw. I've been working in Photoshop for the past 4 years now.

Some of my stuff is on my (outdated) website:
http://corner-of-my-room.tripod.com

I look forward to getting to know the rest of you graphic artists!

Hey everyone ...came across this section during a google search ! lol ..you folks do some amazing stuff !

Im the old man i guess at 30 ..very much a rookie with PS ...got into as a way to make covers for my fight dvds ,and some custom hockey cards for a friend who asked me to try and make a "goon set" ..pretty much still in the cut and paste stages but gotta start somewhere right.

Cant do anything like what you guys are throwing up here ,but hope to learn ..

Yooo guys. I'm 19, and a Graphic Design student. I love it so much. Anyway, I started playing with photoshop when I was about 12 or 13 and haven't really stopped ever since. I pretty much self taught myself back then. Now that I'm in school doing this stuff, I have to laugh at all the little tricks I'm learning that would have made life so much easier when I was first starting.

Hey guys, I'm 2x (don't need to get too specific here!) and I've been playing around in Photoshop since I was 12! Pretty much like lirit's story except...

I've been using it on and off, and kind of stopped using it the last 5-6 years so my skills haven't improved as much as I wanted haha... Seems like I lost motivation. Funny thing is that I wanted to be a graphic design when I was still young.

Anyways, I'm new to the Digital Arts section and will be checking it out very frequently. I hope that I will one day open Photoshop again... I've always wanted to design something Oilers-related. For now, I'll try to hand out as much suggestions as I can so please share your artwork guys
