We may have to find another province to use as the butt of stupid jokes now
I'd say Quebec but we're WAY to sensitive here.
Hmmmm Nova Scotia ?
Or should we head west ?
Ontario seems like a good place to start . hehe
So , how do You get an Ontarian confused?
naaaaaaaa doesn't sound right to say Ontarian .
Saskatchewanian? Jesus
Albertan! that's the ticket!!!
So an Albertan and a priest walk into a bar with a pig. The bartender looks to the pig and says "where'd you get the Albertan?"

Keith Brown from Corner Brook was a good Dman for the Hawks and Panthers, although injury prone.

Decent career and stats:
Keith Brown
NHL Totals 876 68 274 342 916

Hopefully Ryder plays that amount of games in the NHL and keeps producing at the pace he is now!

Both very good hockey players, but they don't play for the Habs.

What I'm saying was in response to his statement that the entire easternCanada is cheering for MTL because of Ryder.

There's better players from the east coast than Ryder. Why not cheer for their teams.

Anyways, not a big deal

Manitoba????

I'm from northwestern Ontario. We don't really have a province.

Ontario doesn't realize we're here, and Manitoba won't accept us, so........

Atlantic Canada consists of NS, NB, PEI
Eastern Canada includes those plus NF.
St. Johns has the baby Leafs, hence a lot of Leaf fans.
Ryder's season has converted a lot of fans to Habs fans!
I think thats' what he was getting at...

Wrong!

The Maritimes include NS, NB and PEI
Atlantic Canada includes NS, NB, PEI & Newfoundland & Labrador

There has always been a lot of Habs fans here, but also a lot of Leaf fans. Growing up, my friend were pretty much split down the middle. We would go out and play road or pond hockey, and one team would be Mike Palmateer and 5 Darryl Sittlers against Ken Dryden and 5 Guy Lafleurs. Man I miss those days.... but Ruder is bringing back a spark.

Believe it or not there are also a lot of Chicago, Detroit and Boston fans. I guess, like myself, younger fans follow the teams their parents cheered for. Not many Ranger fans though :p

Yeah, while I agree with our support of the Patriots and to some extent the BoSox, we have a real love-on for Boston (we send a christmas tree there every year, and get a lot of Boston cable programming). Pretty disgusting... It's almost ironic that there is so much support for Don Cherry out there, despite the bruin support, as there are way more leaf and habs fans. I'm just glad we beat two Bruins teams coached by him for the Cup.

this is completely offtopic and all but anyone good at reading lips know for sure if langdon said something along the lines of "you gotta be ***king kidding me b'y" to the ref during that game against the leafs? (i think during the 2nd period when he got a penalty, not the fighting major)
