Bye Bye Knuble

As far as I'm concerned, he's a hard worker, but if you do stupid crap like that ON A PP IN OVERTIME OF A PLAYOFF GAME, I don't want you on this team.

Orpik went down like a sack of potatoes...he does that on every power play he has ever been on and unfortunately, he got called for it there. Weak.

Mike Knuble...

...clear out your locker.

I can almost understand the rookie Giroux giving away a penalty, but our most experienced play-off man? No excuse, even if this was the first time that you'd cancelled out a ****ing penalty this season.

Hell, we even call it 'knubling' a penalty for ****s sake.

Yeah but that Pen went down faster than Crosby on Bettman.

Why is the GDT closed.

I didn't get a chance to post how ****ing pissed I am. This is ridiculous. This whole game results because of the ****** ****ing call on Carter when the penguins scored. ********.

The boys played hard this game though, much better than game 1.

It was still a blatant cross-check! YOU DON"T DO THAT ON A POWER PLAY IN AN OVERTIME PLAYOFF GAME. The refs are going to call it EVERY TIME. There is no exception for that kind of play.

Frankly it doesn't matter, we just don't have a strong team this year.

I thought he built a lot of good will during the regular season in terms of earning a new contract...

But, man, I can't believe he would extend his arms when the referees are just scanning the ice for a charity call.

Cause he got robbed by Fleury and was called for a ticky tacky penalty that led to the tying goal for the Pens? No. He played hard all night.

ONCE AGAIN, relax. Those battles happen all the time in front of the net. Orpik dove. I would have called 2 and 2, frankly, but even then its just something that always happens.

You are out of your freakin mind! Carter did not blow it. That call in the 3rd was borderline at best and it seemed pretty obvious to me that Staal lifted the stick and the hands of Carter. That was no hooking.

wrong. absolutely wrong. we lost in overtime because people decided to get selfish. knuble's been an idiot the whole year with his undisciplined play on the power play. how many does he cancel out? a lot this year. carter wasn't selfish at all, he played his ass off. our biggest criticism of carter this year is that he's lazy in his d-zone, and frankly, i think he's had two great defensive games.

knuble is the goat here and he should be. how many times are we gonna hear interviews and read comments when someone like knuble (and other guys) say "we've gotta be more disciplined. we can't take penalties," then watch as they do the same, avoidable, lazy, selfish penalties?

you know what the answer is? bench the **** out of them until they figure out that it's not gonna fly. take that blame carter **** somewhere else

I dont mean the hooking, I mean the gaping net he refused to lift the puck for

Listen, we're not going to be able to afford him anyway. He's only going to be slower and a bit more worn down next year. We don't need anymore players taking stupid penalties on this team, especially in crucial situations.
