RDS drooling over Patrice Bergeron (because he's a francophone) isn't any better .....

I jumped off the CBC ship after game 1, thinking the local broadcast would be a little more "pro" Canadiens (even if they played like crap) .... boy was I wrong

what's option #3? No volume?

I actually had to turn the TV off during the pre-game coverage after listening to the likes of Stock, MacLean, Milbury, et al. for about 15 minutes. Add Greg Millen during the game and it was pretty unbearable.

I last about 15 minutes on CBC for game 1 and I will never watch it again.

I watched the game on nesn. They are more impartial than the cbc

Savard gets more point but Bergeron is a more complete player. Did you see the goal where checked Lapierre on the ice and made the pass for the goal? That's strength and talent, shades of Ray Bourque.

That said I've hated all the TO media during this series. CBC is worst but you figure these things will happen when you create a Ruins cesspool with Cherry, Stock and Milbury.

Millen grates me with his without-the-replay decisions on goals.

Within seconds he's either in the "if you're [insert goalie name here] you have to stop that one" or "[insert goalie name here] had no chance on that". Then he digs in and won't change his viewpoint, and that carries into his other calls.

CBC is like 15 times better than RDS so I won't bash them. I'm just VERY happy that the Habs game are broadcasted on CBC.

Millen got blind sided by Bob Cole in game one - Millen said Price was shakey at the beginning of the game and then Cole a couple of minutes later said more or less that doesn't look like a shakey goalie to me after a few saves by Price........
