ECQ, Episode III, Revenge of the Failboat

Carolina dodged a bullet the other night thanks to Timmy Gleason, but fear not, the failboat will be back tonight, at the RBC Center. That's right, playoff hockey is returning to Raleigh. Let's show those people from the north what real hockey fans look like! RBC should be rockin' tonight, so let's hope that the Canes bring an equal level of intensity.

You can remove the asterisk from Game 5...

Should be fun to watch. Wish I could be there.

Exactly the man who needs to do the GDT to continue the momentum!!!

L4TH

All i gotta say is Canes need to win these next two since Lang'n'banger is out and that's the only way we can beat someone in a series.

LET'S GO CANES!

GIT ER DUN!

Send a message via ICQ to dmonk
Injustice was done and I'd like to point to LFH that he forgot about the Anton in his starting thread. The one of very few people on planet Earth who scares the hell out of Marty and his teammates.

and Mr. Staal better show up tonight, or this will happen

Failboat sighted on the back of a semi in Richmond Virginia. Doesn't have a map and doesn't know about wide load restrictions. The driver was asking directions to a restaurant that served Poutine.
Go Canes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly Yankee here flying down for the game. I'll be in section 217 and will be tailgating with other Jersey fans outside. Should be a blast tonight and big test for Jersey for sure. The RBC has been a house of pain for us but, you already no this.

Looks like there could be some sprinkles in the forecast, but nothing bad enough to deter many tailgaters hopefully. SO READY.

Won't be there for the tailgaiting (I hate working working weekend shifts, but my bank account doesn't mind it one bit) but I'll be there for the game, hopefully the start of it if traffic isn't too crazy on 40... never a garantuee.

Going to miss the first period it seems. So ticked off. Hope the crowd does all the hype justice.

Not sure if this counts for failboating, but every time I see Eric Staal celebrate, I'm reminded of the famous Weekly World News "bat child" photo. I finally got around to 'shopping it up.

Maurice said there would be no line changes for today's game, so yes, I'd say so.

WAY TO GO BAYDA!

WE are the better team through the first 7 minutes of this game. We have definitely come to play. The boys needed a start just like this.

They seem pumped to be home and props to the crowd, they sound great!

LET'S GO CANES!!!
