It's not really about how injuries have made the Bruins likely to win the series. I feel it just makes them winning in a svelte 4 or 5 games more likely. With Markov, Lang and a few playing bodies healthier (I'm positive some guys are playing hurt) we'd be more even in this series and that's even if Boston had Ference, Sturm, Hunwick around IMO. It'd be a closer series in the end, but Boston would not be getting a sweep. Taking away Markov from the Habs is like taking Chara from Boston, though not in the physical department obviously.

Boston was mis-firing everywhere too. That's a tough break for Price.

Now I fear Boston wakes up. Sadly, someone will pay Komisarek 4-5M this off season. He has got to be playing hurt of this has been a true off-year for him and during a contract year too, puzzlingly. That right there is a play you see from this Habs D when it's missing its best two d-men. Chances and shots must be a ratio of 2:1 but it's tied! Bruins are lucky not to be getting hammered here, so maybe they'll take advantage in the second of that break. Typical Habs of the last several years: We draft #6 and take Komisarek, Boston gets a #5 pick and gets Phil Kessel- a superstar whose attitude and fitness problems early on would never have been rectified in the lassez-faire atmosphere of the Habs.

All that effort for a 1-1 tie. Thanks Komi for pulling a Brisebois out there.

Can someone tell Demers to stop yelling like a crazy mofo? He's getting so red that his head is about to explode.

For those of you wondering how important Lucic is to this team, just look at the physical play. That's how the B's usually look like without Lucic. He is the player that gets this team up and ready to hit and play physical.

I know you're trying to say the refs have some sort of conspiracy against the Habs, which is just ridiculous, but the reality is that the Bruins have been pretty disciplined this series with their sticks, save for Lucic.

I'm going to laugh so hard at whoever signs Komisarek next year...I just pray to god it isn't the Habs.

Maybe he's going the Ryder way of getting away from almost everything that made you valuable (big hits, winning fights, making reliable defensive plays in his case) to get a big contract on the free agent market. That's the only thing I can think of.

Not at all, I hate conspiracy theories more then anyone. They piss me off to no end.

I'm just stating an interesting statistic.

I honestly don't think he ever had attitude problems - interviewers mistook a quiet and shy kid for a player with a bad attitude.
