Sharks played very well that period...Ducks lucky to come out of it tied.

I'll take that trade (Parros for Murray) any day of the week going to the box. Murray has been very goot this game.

This game would be awesome if the refs get out of the way and let these two teams beat each other up. It was a much better game when special teams wasn't involved in the first period.

Yeah, those 30 seconds of 5 on 5 were pretty good.

Sharks didn't give the Ducks any space...kind of worried. They played superbly. Ducks have to match their intensity.

Even Perry doesn't like Miller.

SJ takes advantage of coverage mixup. Boyle's left wide open.

Christensen caught napping...

Awful goal allowed by Mason to send them home.

I like how CBC cares more about airing Canucks post-game interviews live than they do about, you know, playoff hockey.

The cbc.ca stream doesn't have enough bits. It looks brutal, and sounds brutal. But at least I get to see Scott Oake and various Cauncks players in glorious high-def!

I don't know the stats, but it sure seems to me like we are getting killed in the faceoff circle.

So exactly how much is Blake allowed to work over Perry until he gets called?

It's easy for the Sharks to be intense if the referees aren't going to hold them to the same standard. Not that the call on Pavelski early on was particularly legitimate, but San Jose is being overtly physical and when we try to match, we get penalties.

If Ebbett wants to be Andy Mac 2.0, he needs to learn to look before throwing it away in the offensive zone.

Sharks got caught running around trying to throw huge hits instead of playing defense.

Nice goal Pronger!

Ducks forecheck is looking much better. Not a whole lot of chances, but at least good cycling.

Stupid producers. Why did they have to ruin a great cleavage moment. Another game another tie going into the third. We'll find out who wants it more.

Ducks played alot better after the Pronger goal, but were pretty terrible before then. Selanne is being targeted by SJ, everytime he's on the ice it seems he gets nailed, they're giving him no room out there.

Does anyone else not like our second line being matched up with SJs second line?

I'd like to see Getzlaf v Thornton and then Marchant v Pavelski personally...

At least one thing the home-ice advantage will give us is a choice in the order of the shootou... oh, wait.

Ice looks bad. Crawford blames Britney Spears.
