OT: Fedor Highlight Video

Check out this video I found of Fedor Emelianenko..

The guy is unbelievable.

I think my fellow Russians should appreciate one of our greatest athletes

Cool, another Fedor thread. Last one got closed for STUPID reasons. I hope this one is kept clean.

He's one of the most dominant athletes in history.

Great video. The footage of the 2nd Tsuyoshi Kohsaka fight is disturbing. He avenged the loss (if you can call it that) in a brutal fashion.

The footage of the Herring fight brings back memories also.

I remember the interview Herring gave right before that fight. He basically made it sound as if that fight would be just a warm-up for the title shot he was going to get against Nog.

Granted, Fedor wasn't a known fighter then, but I still think Heath learned a lesson he won't forget.

His face matched his hair.

This is coming from a huge Dan Henderson fan and I gotta say Fedor is simply the best on this planet or any other

Pound-for-Pound the best fighter going, he is undefeated (only ruled a loss cause of the tournament format in RINGS).

Bas Rutten described him best he just doesn't have a weakness, on the ground hes a World Sambo Champion, he's going into the ADCC Submission Wrestling tournament. On his feet he has devistating knockout power in both hands and both legs and he's lightning quick.

Just look at the Gary Goodridge and Tim Sylvia fights both fighters missed one punch standing and Fedor was all over them too fast and too powerful for them to recover and when standing Gary Goodridge was one of the best.

And when Wanderlei Silva says that NO ONE wants to fight that man, thats about as big an endorsement as a fighter can get.

Much love to that Red Devil camp and to Fedor himself, when I noticed this thread I felt that I had to come in and express my appreciation for a true great in MMA.

I think everyone should appreciate the greatest fighter in MMA history regardless of where they're from.

The guy isn't human.

I love the fact about Fedor that he doesn't look any tougher than your regular russian guy from the streets yet he's the toughest MF I've ever seen in the MMA. I bet he's never even hit the gym in his life. At least he looks like he hasn't.

4 hours of training every day. Fedor looks exactly like real fighter and man should look
not these six pack abs roid gorillaz with fake suntan.

I know that most of the more succesfull fighters aren't that muscular but you got to admit it's kinda funny when the best MMA fighter in the history is a russian guy with a beer belly and legs thinner than most of his opponents biceps. This only makes me respect him more though

Many MMA fighters make a mistake of training like bodybuilders. It makes them stiff.

Fedor trains specifically to fight. That means techniques, strength training, flexibility, speed, quickness and agility.

Is that a 6-pack?

That can't be.

I agree, first time I've ever seen him fight live and I kept waiting for this great Fedor to show up and first round..not much there, ok whatever there's always a feeling out process. Then the second round came and that big KO :O

I am now a Fedor fan!
