3:3 Seems like Belorussians made good choice hiring a North American coach

I wish Tommy Salo was available as a substitute.

I think Bryzgalov has been brutal the entire tournament.

Now even the Swedish commentators are throwing him under the bus:
"I can't believe he is allowed to stay in net."
"Where is Eremenko?"

Bryz hasn't being great, but not in any way easy game ffor him.

First goal poor defending (third shot went in), second was little sloppy for defender (allthough that was stoppable) and third was on PP. Didn't see whether there was line-of-sight to puck or not.

Graborski penalty for Russia was clear penalty (you don't tackle man without the puck, period).

The funny thing is, the NA coach
is making them play very anti-NA
style hockey.

But it has taken them this far.
Have to respect that, even if I
hate watching that style.

Just as a small remark, BLR has
had trouble with their PP - I think
their PP% was worst in the tournament.
Now 2 out of their 3 goals are PPGs.

Is the commentator watching the game?

I think this will be the end of the road for us. The way it is going, crappy goaltending, poor effort, slow, etc

BLR plays like Latvia would play in an advanced level. If we get a NA coach someday (the sooner, the better), I'm sure our game will look much like theirs.

Yeah, he got that from being around Guy Carbonneau for 32 games. The Leafs are still complaining of the bad Montreal smell.

How did that go in??

But a very entertaining game I have to say. Definitely better than it would be if we were the team playing Russia.

Don't misunderstand me, I've said before, that he's an expert (no matter how much I dislike him), but this one was pure luck.

They say AHL is not that bad.
