I have figured out why the B's are struggling

Its the schedule. Plain, and simple look at the Bruins schedule for the year, and you won't see a lot of Sunday/Wednesday/Friday games. I think they maybe played 6-7 Wednesday games if I remember right, maybe the same amount of Sunday games, and those were mostly near the end of the season, right. I know they don't play a lot of Friday games, and as a matter of fact they played their first Friday night home game since some time in the 70's this year. They couldn't have played but more than 3-4 Friday games, and one of them is the annual day after Thanksgiving game at 12pm. So you can see we only have the NHL to blame for this deficit.

Go B's!!!!!!!111

They haven't done well on nights when there was a full moon and if they were playing when there was an "R" in the month.

They had a long enough rest,no need for these excuses.

The Bruins are a great team and I expect them to bounce back tonight like the Wings did last night

I think you're on to something. Although, I actually think it's because they didn't play any games in May during the regular season. Very unfair of the NHL to schedule May dates for the second round of the playoffs.

My thread is just a joke guys. I was just mentioning to my wife that is it odd that they are playing on days that they normal don't play on much during this series. They are typically a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday team. I can remember maybe two Saturdays they didn't play, and I think one was due to the ASG.

It doesn't matter what day of the week they are playing,or the moon. It was just an observance of mine that I thought was strange. Especially the Friday night games which are rare for them especially at home. Lets move on to some other nonsense.Next time I will make sure I include the

This is the most ludicrous theory I've heard yet. Every team deals with scheduling issues. They are pros, they deal with it. Any team that can't handle the schedule doesn't deserve to win anyway.

The Bruins are down in the series because they haven't been skating hard all game, and because they haven't been taking care of the puck. It's as simple as that really. All three Carolina goals the other night were DIRECT result of stupid, lazy Bruins turnovers. You don't win games playing like that, especially in the playoffs.

The schedule? Give me a break.

I forgot to mention these 7:30 pm starts are also an obvious reason why they are struggling. That extra half hour they have is making them extra nervous.
