Just an idea...

Lets remind hockey fans everywhere what Oilers fans are capable of. Whether we make the playoff or not this team has definately inspired it's fans and deserves credit for that.

Only 3 games left at Rexall this year (baring playoffs) I say be blow the roof off the place...

Anyone else?
I'll get right on that ... now who wants to fly me out there?

Having about 3 to choose from is good...

I think as long as they all have: "We Believe" somewhere in the avatar we're in good shape.

We're so united here, I love this board!

I guess once we decide on something, all us photoshoppers can help out those without... we'd just need your avatar.

If you have photoshop, or any other image editing program, it's a breeze.

Basically, resize any picture you want to use on it to about 25 x 25 pixels. The cut and paste it to the new picture.

In photoshop here are the directions:

Open both that image, as well as the one you want to add to it.

On the picture you want to add, go to top menu bar and go to image > image size.

Change that size to 25 x 25 (you can play around, 35 x 35 might be good... just make sure it says pixels as the measurement).

Go to the top menu and go Select > All

Press Ctrl and C (windows) or go Edit > Copy

Now, click on the image from MrMackay, and press ctrl and v or go to edit > paste

Now, use the arrow key to move it where you want it.

To save it go to file > save for web.

you'll either get 2 or 4 windows, all with your picture. Click on the top right (4 panes) or the right (2 panes).

Now, where it says settings, it should say unnamed, but underneath it it should say GIF (or JPEG)... either one is fine, if it is GIF, make sure it is set at 256 colours (2nd from the top on the right side) or if it is JPEG, set the quality to around 30 (makes it smaller). Click okay and rename it (make sure you put it in a folder you can find).

If the file isn't too big, we can combine all three into an animated gif.

I 'm glad people are onboard for the I BELIEVE poster campaign for Rexall on Wed. So short notice. Guy if you are going to be on the radio could you please plug it? And any writers from any magazines that read this could you throw in a quick line about the plan?

Hopefully we can get this all organized and everything can come up Milhouse for the event.

WE BELIEVE!!!

Its just that I'm so excited about this playoff run!!! This is the best time of the year, and its good to see that we're all so proud of our Oilers! Its all part of being a fan, to show our support for the team!

Thanks! I'm actually looking for place right now... I'm moving in May because I happen to land an internship in Toronto so I'm probably only gonna be there 16 months or so. But so far it looks like I'm gonna moving to the North York area... I guess I'll have to splurge on centre ice so I can still get to see the Oilers!
