quick question...how would one go about customizing it?
If you have photoshop, or any other image editing program, it's a breeze.
Basically, resize any picture you want to use on it to about 25 x 25 pixels. The cut and paste it to the new picture.
In photoshop here are the directions:
Open both that image, as well as the one you want to add to it.
On the picture you want to add, go to top menu bar and go to image > image size.
Change that size to 25 x 25 (you can play around, 35 x 35 might be good... just make sure it says pixels as the measurement).
Go to the top menu and go Select > All
Press Ctrl and C (windows) or go Edit > Copy
Now, click on the image from MrMackay, and press ctrl and v or go to edit > paste
Now, use the arrow key to move it where you want it.
To save it go to file > save for web.
you'll either get 2 or 4 windows, all with your picture. Click on the top right (4 panes) or the right (2 panes).
Now, where it says settings, it should say unnamed, but underneath it it should say GIF (or JPEG)... either one is fine, if it is GIF, make sure it is set at 256 colours (2nd from the top on the right side) or if it is JPEG, set the quality to around 30 (makes it smaller). Click okay and rename it (make sure you put it in a folder you can find).
I 'm glad people are onboard for the I BELIEVE poster campaign for Rexall on Wed. So short notice. Guy if you are going to be on the radio could you please plug it? And any writers from any magazines that read this could you throw in a quick line about the plan?
Hopefully we can get this all organized and everything can come up Milhouse for the event.
Man you are just FULL of great ideas today. How about the top 3 picks from the poll and we get one of our photoshop wizards to animate it up a notch. BAM!
Its just that I'm so excited about this playoff run!!! This is the best time of the year, and its good to see that we're all so proud of our Oilers! Its all part of being a fan, to show our support for the team!
Welcome to the board. I take it you are about to move out to Ontario. It's not all bad; you just need to splurge and get NHL Centre Ice.
Where about's are you moving to?
Thanks! I'm actually looking for place right now... I'm moving in May because I happen to land an internship in Toronto so I'm probably only gonna be there 16 months or so. But so far it looks like I'm gonna moving to the North York area... I guess I'll have to splurge on centre ice so I can still get to see the Oilers!
