Wow, for once the GDT is in place in time for me to make a prediction from this faraway time zone! So even though I'm not big on predictions, I'll make one.

Habs win 5-1. Garon's shutout bid spoiled in the third. Ryder will cement his status as the top rookie scorer with a three point night. Koivu will start a new point streak - one that lasts for the remainder of the regular season and well into the playoffs - after his previous one was snapped against the Devils.

Dagenais won't have a particularly great game.

Habs will loose 5-2 and will loose also its final last 5 games. While the sabres will win all its remaining games and the Isles will get at least 91 points. Montreal will be out of the playoffs...

Yeah, I am really scared that the habs are gonna miss it ! They must win or tie in Buffalo ! If not, they are gonna be in trouble. Look at their schedule compared to the Isles and Sabres

Buffalo - 7 games remaining- 76 points to date

Habs at home (they beat the habs 90% of the time in Buffalo)
Pens at home (not the strongest opponents !!!)
Pens in Pittsburg (see above)
Blue Jackets at home (another weak team)
Rangers in NY (...another one...)
Maple Leafs at home ( the Leafs do no better than the habs in Buffalo)
Habs in Montreal (Final game... !!!)

So, the Sabres have the potential to win them all to get 90 points...

Islanders - 6 games remaining - 84 points to date

They could easily get another 7 points til the end !

Flyers in Philly (???)
Hurricanes at home (can win that one)
Devils in NJ (???)
Habs at home ( Habs win rarely in Long Island - remember last year ?)
Hurricanes away (can also win that one)
Flyers at home ( could win if needed !)

The Habs - 90 points - 6 games left

Sabres in Buffalo (see my remarks above)
Ottawa at home ( Ottawa lost tonight and will be rested for this Thursday nite game)
Bruins in Boston (the Bruins don't lose anymore...)
Isles in Long Island (see my remarks before)
Flyers at home (Flyers aalways play well in Montreal- wartch Leclair !)
Sabres at home (Final game, anything can happen !)

Sure, and you can win the Nobel prize. Better get started, though, mon bâtard.

Are you for real? The Habs are 14 points up on the Sabres with only 6 games left. I wouldn't be too worried.

imagine if that final game of the season had everything on the line and buffalo beat us in OT. that would really pi$$ them off.

that would be kind of funny but that is certainly not the way I would like to see this team clinch a playoff spot

Hopefully they can do it tommorrow and then focus on bigger goals.

Habs win it 5-1. Kovalev scores 2 beauuutifuuul goals. I'm so confident about the Habs right now, I haven't felt that since the pre-Houle era when Roy use to wear the CH.

hey Hab fans. I have to say, I'm impressed with this streak you guys put together. Down the strech, looking at your schedule, I really thought the Habs were going to falter the Isles would surge, allowing Buffalo to sneak into a playoff spot. But, its been just the opposite. Guess I sold you guys a little short. That being said though, I think this game goes to Buffalo tonight. Buffalo is going to be FIRED up and they have been hitting (and punching, grabbing) everything that moves the last 3 games, i don't see that stopping tonight. I think if hte Habs can come out of the 1st period tied, they will have a good shot to win the game, but i fully expect Buffalo to come out guns a blazin

I have a bad feeling about these next two games. I get the feeling that the Habs are going to lose both of them but the way this team is playing they could very easily win them both. Either way I will be cheering hardcore!! Both games on TV in English here, Wed on TSN and Thur on Sportsnet East(YAY Greg Millen )

GO HABS GO!!!

You should edit your post. Here's how the line will look:

Zednik - Koivu - Kovalev
Dagenais - Ribeiro - Ryder
Bulis - Perreault - Sundstrom
Langdon - Dowd - Ward
