Question about Television Time

Friendly Oiler fan here, please dont hurt me haha...
I'm just wondering about how many Flame's game's have been televised this season. The Oilers get ALOT of game's shown on Sportsnet West, but I only see the Flame's on every so often. Do they have another station that carries alot of their games??

I've had Sportsnet West for the last 3 years, and each year they've shown a ton of Flames games. For the last couple though there have been more Oiler games. But still, between SNW, TSN, and CBC I get to catch about 30 Flames games a year.

Do you think with the Flames success this season, that more Flames games will be shown on Sportsnet West then Oilers??

Depends. Part of the problem was the Flames in the past were not proactive enough with their TV package. Part was the fact the team stunk. The early numbers this year showed the Flames had more viewers on average than the Oil, but I imagine that has changed lately, both because the Oilers are winning, and because Sportsnet has their lips glued to Kevin Lowe's ass.

I would hope that next year there are more Flames games on TV, but I am not holding my breath. I just get the sense that RSN has no intention of changing their ideals of Oilers all the time, Flames whenever they fit in.
