Im not sure why the focus on the bench and not on squats? Leg strength is more important for skating, and checking

You shouldn't be surprised... it's that way every single year; never fails to disappoint.

Some people just don't get the concept that you don't necessarily need huge arms to fire a puck. It helps on board battles, don't get me wrong, and some other areas on the ice, but lower body/core muscle is altogether much more important.

San Jose: "All Swedes suck"

In an interview with Robin Lehner on the draft combine, Lehner said that the swedish prospects experienced odd interviews with the San José people. They got to hear things like "All swedes suck!". Lehner said this was to see how you'd react and to figure out if the player stood up for himself.
An odd approach one may think

Filatov had 5 if i remember correctly, feel free to correct me.
They have to do it on kaidance, meaning they have to wait for the guy to tell them when to go up and down. That would make it much harder to do
