Nike Sparq Training/Offseason Training

So whats the deal with incorporating it with your normal workout? Surely you cannot just do this without a regular workout and expect to be in better shape. I don't like how there are no instructions on how to do the training.. ei. how many days a week do you do it, what exercises (speed, agility.. etc..) do you do on a given day?

i believe the idea behind sparq is to use that equipment in place of or in addition to existing equipment or regimen you already have/use.
