So, who is the better fighter?

Think Zetterberg is tougher and the better offensive in a fight. But, both can defend.

If Malkin didn't blindside Zetterberg with Satan grabbing him and the ref holding him while Malkin punched him Zetterberg would've shredded.

Malkin turtled as soon as Zetts got a punch in.

What's the bet that the NHL looks the other way with regards to Malkin's instigator penalty? In the rulebook it clearly states that if you're assessed an instigator in the final 5 minutes it's an automatic game, but I'd bet the farm on Malkin being exempt, not only because he's a superstar, but because with Pittsburgh down 2-0 in the series, suspending Malkin for game 3 is about as likely as seeing Bettman dunk on Shaq.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Malkin fan and would rather see him play and see both teams at full strength (hope to see Dats back ASAP!) but in general, the NHL's inability to uphold its own rules is pretty sad.

Yeah. I doubt the NHL has the stones to suspend a star player like Malkin. They will probably come up a lame excuse like they did with the Scott Walker-Aaron Ward incident.

Hard to say, neither fight is very long.

Although I'd think Niedermayer is a lot tougher than Malkin, who is just kind of a big kid.

I don't care, I just hope like hell that Z didn't hurt himself. He has a history of wrist problems and the last thing we need is for him to be punching people.

Zetterberg looked better against Malkin, but Malkin clearly doesn't know the first thing about fighting. Niedermayer has been in at least one other fight that I've seen.

Zetterberg. But shouldn't Hossa be in the poll too? I think he's probably the best of the trio in this area.
