They technically haven't had their full time yet. Factoring in dead time, they received notification at 647pm EDT, giving them until 1pm EDT today.

I think the main issue with speed is the fact that people get to their pick, and use all of their 10 hours trying to make trades... I can understand a bit of time, but there should at least be a framework already in place.

Vancouvers choice will be Stefan Elliott, as per the rules.
