They would sell out Ricoh in Toronto. I would pay for at least 10 games a year if they played out of Toronto.

I'm sure we'd force them out of Hamilton due to Support for the baby Leafs.

the Bulldogs can go to St.John's then.

I'd like to see the baby Buds in Toronto as well but we can't have 2 Toronto Maple Leaf Teams so we'd have to change the name and then they're no longer the baby Leafs

I guess it's possible though name idea's:

Toronto Leafs

Toronto Baby Leafs

Toronto Maple Leaves(meh why not)

Toronto Maple Leafs Version 1.0

St. John's

They really love their Babyleafs over there. It would be a sad day for St John's. Although Rico would be niice I would see a few games a season too.

The roadrunners will have folded by the time it ever happens.

We make a claim that Toronto can handle 2 AHL teams, then we sit back and watch as the Roadrunners are chased out of town!

I voted St. John's but Windsor Ont. would be nice. Ooops on second thought then we'd need to look at building a new arena......LOL

I for one think that The Leafs would be crazy to take them out of St. John's. I know that the organization wants to. This would be a big mistake, Toronoto is Canada's team and having them spread their roots to the east coast in St. John's is really smart. We just built a nice new arena recently and the team is doing well but not in the standings. If its not broke then don't fix it. St. John's is a major hockey town and their is a lot of leaf fans here. It is also the only Pro hockey left on the east coast of Canada.

It sounds like have been out of the Hockey loop for a while or have been receiving all the MEMO's maybe...

First the Hamilton thing as that was big talk a few years back and to ask a question about moving a team to a city that has a team is just bizare in light of the fact the Roadrunners just got there and the Leafs fought had for that not to happen..

Also the Baby Leafs have also been close to the Ontario area before both in St Catherines and New Market in the past and it didn't work out.. but they were called the Saints back then and not the Baby Leafs..

Rand, I was just curious where you would like to see the babyleafs play? Curious because I noticed you chose the third option?

I just find The Hamilton issue makes for interesting debate. If any other Canadian city deserves a team its Hamilton. On the topic of the AHL. I don't think AHL is very successfull in southern Ontario I should say the GTA, so it would be a mistake for The Baby Leafs to go their.

I wish they would move to Toronto. I only get to see them when they come in here to go against the Road Runners.

I'd like to see them stay in St. John's.

But if they had to move somewhere, bring them back to St. Catharines!!!

How about London? They've got an awesome arena and the Knights do great business.
