OT: The Hang Over (movie)

Boys, if you haven't seen it, treat yourself and your date/wife/mistress/significant other. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard in a theater. At the end, I was in stitches. Mrs. Zad practically had to carry me out.

I've been really looking forward to it. Glad to hear it didn't disappoint.

funniest movie I have seen in years, I read they are already signed up for a sequel(have no idea how the storyline will go though).

Awesome, would you recommend baking (not cooking) for more movie enjoyment?

I recommend two Ruinations on an empty stomach, a package of Kitkats and hot buttered popcorn.

I hate when there is a perfect story for a thread, but it really requires some pantomiming to come across with full effect.

Let's just say:

Apocalypto + Acid =

(btw, it wasn't me, acid isn't and never will be on my party list, but watching other people on acid is something else)

I saw Donnie Darko with a buddy while he was on shrooms. . . He kept telling me "Dude, the TV looks soooo wet". The movie was good though

I thought Superbad was waaaay funnier.

I think the problem with the Hangover for me is that I saw the extended preview a ton. That pretty much has all the funny parts in it, the rest is just pulling it together - which was much less funny overall.

Superbad on the other hand, I really didn't know anything about until I saw it on pay per view so all of the jokes weren't spoiled by the previews.

What about "Yeah it's right at the corner of Go **** Yourself and Get a Map ... I'm not a ****ing tour guide."

or

"Is this the real Caesar's Palace? Like ... does Caesar live here? ... Yeah I didn't think so."

or my personal favorite ... "I was thinking of getting my bartending license."

To take all 4 separately would be quite expensive. I guess I'll be going to matinees.

Please tell me that these Superbad comparisons are only because they are both comedic films. The style isn't the same right? I really didn't care for Superbad.
