Can the Habs get money from Hamilton/Phoenix Pending a move?

I've been wondering, that seeing as the Bulldogs will surely lose most, if not all of their revenue, and will probably be forced to move. This will be a considerable economic hit to the Canadiens organization, so I was wondering if the Canadiens, even not directly were entitled to some sort of money reparation pending the move of Phoenix?
