What do you guys think about Lefebvre? Where do you see him being drafted this year and what kind of player do you think he'll become?

Lefebvre is a bit of a wildcard in my eyes.
On the QMJHL board, I had a lengthy post explaining my Top 25 (and specifically why Dumont wasn't on it), but as part of that, I mentioned that I view a player like Lefebvre as being on the bubble. I think he'll likely get drafted, but it won't surprise me if he isn't.
I guess that makes him a late-round pick in my eyes.

As for what he will become, I'm not sure. To get it out of the way, I do like him. I like his game, he's a talented offensive forward who skates extremely well, has good hands and a knack for finding the open ice and loose pucks. With that said, I'm not sure how effective his talents will be against bigger and stronger competition. He's average sized and while he doesn't seem to mind getting his nose dirty, he also has trouble fighting through checks and finding time and space to play his game. This isn't going to get easier if he makes the jump to pro, so he needs to get bigger and stronger without sacrificing his speed.

I don't think he'll ever be a top six winger in the NHL and he needs to round out his game considerably to fit in on one of the lower lines, but he could still end up being *something*. Whether that's at the NHL level or maybe just in the minors, that remains to be seen.
