Anyone else listen to the new arctic monkeys yet?

It's pretty good, you can really hear the influence Homme had on the album.

Homme as in the dude from Queens of the Stone Age? He's the man. Anyone listen to his Desert Sessions stuff? I liked the one arctic monkeys cd that came out in like 06-07. I forget when exactly.

DP5858, how was it? My buddy just saw them at the Gorge. I'm going to Indio, CA to see them all Halloween weekend with a group of friends, can't f'in wait.

BTW, sorry to be a jerk, but I lol'ed hard when I saw a song from shinedown posted. The song and video "Second Chance" is one of the worst and simultaneously funny things I've ever seen.

It was pretty good, not the best show ive seen this tour but definitely a lot of fun. We were very close , like 20 rows back so we got the full light show effect.

The festival should be awesome, you'll even get them covering an entire album.
