I'm betting on it being the sale of the team being announced...or possibly the non-sale of the team as the majority owner, Alan Cohen, wanted to find local investors to buyout all of the existing minority owners who wanted out. I'd hedge my bets that its the latter and the deal with SPAC is about to be announced officially.

I bet it's David Booth signing an extension. They've been talking all week and both sides want a deal done, although they were off on years and money which is typical for this kind of negotiation.
