Do like De Haan at that 22 spot, but would rather Elliott or Palmieri.

The Leafs pick at 7 was hard though. If I was putting money on it, I'd say they move up to take Schenn or Cowen.

It's pretty well known the Leafs have no interest in Nazem Kadri , which was further evident when Bob McKenzie himself said that the Leafs did not want Kadri at #7

No way in hell the Leafs pick Nazem over Magnus to be honest

I also have a hard time imagining Brian Burke adding another European player to an already Euro-heavy roster (which, again, is why I think a move for Schenn or Cowen is most likely but I had to imagine they were staying put).

If Cowen and Schenn are off the board, would Burke entertain the possibility of trading down? To grab Schroeder perhaps?

Hototogisu I salute you and your prediction (not only did you had pretty much an accurate top 7 but you were one of the people that said Kadri was going to be picked by the Maple Leafs - and it really did happen)

You make it so hard for me to rub it in when you post things like this

Just kidding. Thanks for the kind words (and kihei as well). Cowen falling really bungled things up for me. Oh well!
