I agree with the Atlanta game but... How is a Leafs game vs the Sabres IN Buffalo a gimme?

Toronto gets a 3 day rest between the Atlanta/Buffalo games... something we haven't seen since the All-Star break... once in November... and once in October (5 days).

Atlanta & Buffalo is the two games I'm worried about. Specially knowing the way the leafs lack motivation against sub .500 teams. But hopefully they'll keep their good play of late going. If they play even close to how the played tonight (Against Ottawa) They should win both games.

Last game of the season @ Ottawa. I think this gonna decide either who gets home ice advantage or division title, and I know that we're gonna be absolutely ready for this game

The Leafs are a far superior team... if they show up, it's a win.

If buffalo is eliminated by then they will play with little motivation unlike the last couple of games when they were fighting for a playoff spot

no game in Buffalo for a Leaf team is a gimmee, whether or not Sabres are still in playoff hunt. Those who forget history are condemned to repeat it.

Absolutely.

But if we play like we played tonight it shouldn't be as hard as history says it should be. I think our real problem with them is that they are a hard checking team and we have problems with those types of teams i.e. Philli and so on.

Having said that, we still control our destiny and when we're on top of our game we're hard to beat no matter who the opposition is.

I dont think either of the 2 are gimmes...Atlanta...if you think about it Quinn is LIKELY to play Trevor Kidd and give him his last start of the season/last leaf start...And Atlanta has a tendency to upset teams like us due to them playing for jobs next season and not for no playoff berth

Buffalo IS DEFENTIALLY NOT A GIMME..We just cant find a way to beat these guys 75% of the time...They are a really tough team against Ottawa and Toronto...i think in order for us to beat these guys..we gotta play like we did against Boston on thursday

I'd rather start Eddie on Monday, then start Kidd in Buffalo. It gives Eddie alot of time off, and he wouldn't have to play back to back games.

It would truly be a small miracle if Kidd could put up a W in Buffalo on Friday

As much as I hate Kidd, he was one reason we won the last game in Buffalo.
