This may have been discussed but what becomes of the Duck farm system? Is there a plan in place?

I remeber that they want to put some players, the better ones, on different AHL teams and the other should play for Bakersfield. There will be a new AHL team in the 10/11 season.
But in my opinon, this is a stupid idea and I think our prospects won't benefit much from this system.

I think now is the best time to make a AHL team out here. I know Dallas, SJ, LA and the Ducks all want there AHL teams out on the West Coast.
