I'm a Nashville fan and I think your future considerations might need to be pretty big. Nashville would jump on this trade like an Ethopian on a buffet so I think you need to add on for Nashville.

Ultimately if the Bruins made the deal, it would be primarily to make cap space. So they might get ripped off

Personally I think if Boston were to make such a deal they'd be more interested in getting a young defensemen not a goalie

Which Nashville has plenty of now. Say Cody Franson?

Notice any similarities? Why the hell does this guy want to trade Kobasew and Ference for an AHL goalie prospect when we already have Rask? We're trading two solid, cheap NHLers for an AHL goalie? Why? The Bruins do need cap space, but picks or something make more sense then trading both of them for a goalie we don't need.

I'd say they trade the two for Hamhuis and a pick. Fair deal all around.

Sounds pretty good, how's Franson's defensive play? He's big and put up very good numbers in Milwaukee, so I'm intrigued.

I'd take Franson for sure.

Or even Hamhuis like the other poster suggested. Nashville seriously has to stop hoarding all the defensive talent

I'd take that but I just don't see Nashville taking it. I'll never understand why Boston fans want the Bruins to trade Kobasew and Ference when they are both on good contracts. If they really want to save cap money, they can trade Aaron Ward who makes $1mil+ more than Ference and up until Ference broke his leg, Ference was much better.

Franson has been lapped by Jon Blum and Roman Josi on the depth chart but this is Nashville's depth chart we are talking about. It's like being lapped on the lists of Predsidents; It's a short list but would you really complain about being on the bottom of THAT list?
