The Bruins need to clear up cap space and the leafs are fed up with Pogge's development!! Phil Kessel gets signed and Bitz or SOB gets a top 9 position. The Bruins then sign a cheap #6 in Hnidy or Montador!!! Leafs aquire some much needed depth!! Pogge goes to Providence 1yr deal and tries to regain his confidence!!!

Just give us Kessel and a 2nd for Kaberle and then you can save cap space.

If you want cap space trade them for picks not a goalie we don't need. Ever heard of Rask?

See everyone can play that game. Just because one person gives a crap proposal the norm is that all Bruin fans do?

Seems to me that because of your pissing match going in other threads with a Bruins fan you want to take a quick swipe at all of them.

Nope. People rip on "leaf fans" all the time when new accounts make up random trade proposals.

How ironic that someone tastes their own medicine.

Chuck Kobasew is not a future 40 goal scorer. Did you forget to insert a sarcastic emoticon? Neither team really has any reason to do this deal. Why would Toronto ever want Kobasew or Ference? They're rebuilding. Maybe they could try and get Kobasew by some means other then the ones proposed in this deal, but I'm not really interested in him. We have other young players that are just as useful to us at the moment. The Bruins wouldn't trade away two guys who are playing roles, even if these roles aren't major, for a goaltender who has yet to prove that his play constitutes him staying in the NHL. The Leafs do not need to waste cap space on these guys either since they are in no position to win anytime soon. They need young players or picks and prospects. They don't need to trade away prospects for older players with significant cap hits.
