YES.... Im glad we filled the spot with a FA instead of trading away an asset. 1.3 is not bad either.

Nice signing. I would've preferred a younger backup that could grow with the team, but oh well. Will be interesting to see what happens at the end of next season with Mason's contract being up then.

So the team is going to run with Chris Mason and Ty Conklin? Would've been better off if they had gotten Harding.

Congratulations on a good Stanley Cup Finals run by the St. Louis Blues in 2010.

Not really considering Conklin was aquired for just money. Harding would've taken assests and most likely more money.

The Hawks take our forwards, the Blues take our back-ups. All is right in the world.

Speaking of Legace what the hell happened with him. I know he's a free agent, guess no body wants to take a chance.

Shanny, Hull, Drake...you've done alright with ex-Blues forwards too. It's a two-way street.

Why do people insist on making dumb comments like this? I mean...did that REALLY add anything to this thread.

I wish people would refrain from making posts that don't contribute anything meaningful, just for the sake of being heard.

It's already gotten way old between Conklin and Hossa. It's not original. It's not funny. It's 5 year old material.

That is all.

To be fair, Drake was originally a Red Wing, but the point stands. There's enough player movement that you'll end up with plenty of cases like this.
