1st rounder straight up would be great

or Kubina + 3rd for 1st. Anything for their 1st.

Damien Cox is a pretty rock-solid source. Kubina will be a great fit in Atlanta, should be a real mentor for Bogosian, and immediately firms up their D. This probably means that Kaberle stays in Toronto.

According to Bob McKenzie on TSN, Pavel Kubina has not been traded to the Thrashers... Yet.

Colby Armstrong is definitely a Burke-type player.

I doubt that. He probably figured now was the time to get some return for Kubina, and likely has a player in mind on the FA market to replace him with.

Likewise. Still, it depends on the return.

Kubina isn't soft, he'll drop the gloves for a teammate if needs be.

The real answer is, Kubina is too European for Burkie
