It would be cool if he says we just traded Rozsival for a pick and signed Koivu to be the #1 Centre and Alberts on D..............haha

But hey I am dreaming

Wow. It's blatantly obvious that letting Orr go and bringing in Brashear was clearly pushed by Torts.

Wasn't looking to target specifically...

Gomer had tough year, flexibility on getting rid of gomer...

"Good player in Gaborik"....

Looking at center next, left handed center... doesn't think we're tough enough... we need to be harder to play. Unsure if Dubi is possibility can be the center to play with Gabby....

Talking about Colton... Not a four line guy... Donald can put in different situations and lines...

Gomer again... Played audio clips from Scotty saying biggest dissappointment is not playing for Torts...

more to follow....

I constantly wonder if this can be a "wow" year like 2005-2006... exceeding expectations and just seeing and knowing the chemistry...

I honestly feel now this is Drury's team which wasn't the case with Gomez... Nice idea of them both, but now Drury needs to take the helm...

Saku Koivu is a left handed center. But he certainly isn't the big center Torts wants.

Missed the first part of it, i assume he talked about Gaborik then.

- Doesnt think team is hard enough yet. Willing to use Donald in more situations, didnt think Orr could do that. Seems high on Donald, but would take his ice time period to period, game by game.

- Wants a left handed center for Gabby, could be Dubinsky or a trade.

- Gomez said Torts is easily one of the best coaches and one of the biggest disappointments about leaving the team. Says coaches like Torts do not come around often. (this was a previous clip from yesterday they played). Torts very high on Gomez as well.

- Took Torts a good month to understand his team and players when he came in last season. Can't wait to start off fresh this year.

- New philosophy at camp this year for a lot of the guys on the team.

- Hard forechecking, offensive team he reiterated.

-Doesnt think Pro players should be in Olympics and is not a fan of taking time off during the season. But is excited to be assist coach for Team USA. But that is not his concern, only concern is the NYR training camp coming up.

he is hilarious... doesn't like the Olympics during an NHL year... even though he is an assistant...

By the way... camp for the players is going to be a B*tch!!!

Yeah. When he was talking about adding a goalscorer in Gaborik he also said something like "Don't forget about Higgins, he can score some goals too."
