a trade idea

we trade huet,versteeg,and barker to toronto for toskola and kaberle.
we get a good defencemen,with only two years left at 4.25 and toskola who was hurt last year and maybe year before,at 4 million and his contract ends next year.i think toskola will have a better season this year and a better defence to play in front of him.i think we get rid of a bad situation with huet but we have to loose barker and versteeg to do it.

I hate the thought of losing Barker.

Versteeg & Huet for Toskola i'd do in a heart beat though.

Huet is better than Toskala, Barker WILL be better than Kaberle, and we give up Versteeg for nothing.

I don't think Toskala is any worse than Huet. The one benefit of getting Toskala and shipping out Huet is that Toskalas contract is done after next season. I wouldn't want to give up Versteeg as part of this deal though.
