They need more ice logos. Carl's Junior (are they in Austin?) will buy the faceoff dots.

I'm glad Austin's embracing the team! Best of luck to you guys. Having the Rampage so close is going to be very exciting for us (SA fans). Can't wait to make it up to Cedar Park. I hear the place is amazing.

Just an update now that Lukowich and Peters have joined the Texas Stars:

Quote:
Each Member club must dress for each regularly scheduled or
playoff game at least twelve (12) players, other than goalkeepers, who
have played in a total of not more than two hundred sixty (260) regular
season games in the National Hockey League, American Hockey
League, International Hockey League or any European Elite League,
prior to the start of the season and one (1) player, other than
goalkeepers, who has played in a total of not more than Three-
Hundred and Twenty (320) regular season games in the National Hockey
League, American Hockey League, International Hockey
League or any European Elite League, prior to the start of the season.
More than 320 Games
Brad Lukowich
Landon Wilson
Dan Jancevski (625)
Garrett Stafford (442)
Andrew Hutchinson (412)
Warren Peters (365)

More than 260 Games
Maxime Fortunus (296)

Texas will have to sit on of the 320 games+ players every game.

Tonight's game was scoreless until 1:33 left in the 3rd. Sergei Korostin scored his 2nd goal of the year off an assist from Warren Peters. Aaron Gagnon scored an unassisted EN goal to seal the 2-0 victory.

Matt Climie was in net for the 25 save shutout.

Another good game, took the girlfriends kids and they got to high five Climie's blocker in the tunnel while he was waiting for the interview.

He looked competent in the NHL last year, and he's on a tear in the AHL right now. I hope he gets some more NHL games this year.

That would require an injury or trade to one of our goalies, which I hope doesn't happen. Climie may be an option next year though, depending on what the Stars do after this season.
