2-2 now for Columbus.

1-1 in Ottawa, 3rd about to start.

0-0 still for Owen Sound, half way through the 2nd.

3-2 Columbus who scored on a 5 on 3 PP.

In Russia, Buturlin with 1 assist 4 pims in 6 games, Korneev 1 assist in 7 games.

Yikes. Brampton beat the Ottawa 67s 3-1. That means Ottawa's season is officially over. I wonder if Locke will get a Hamilton try-out, as was suggested by somebody in another thread.

Owen Sound, meanwhile, is down 2-0 in the third. It will take a miracle for them to win this game seven.

I didn't see any of the Owen Sound/Guelph series, but I was kind of surprised Guelph hadn't taken the series earlier. Ottawa's out. I am a bit surprised by that but then again, Ottawa's defense is horrible and Brampton has a lot of creative forwards. Recipe for disaster for the 67's.

The Battalion now will play the St. Michael's Majors. A rematch of last year's second round. Brampton won game 1, then Toronto won the next 4 if memory serves me right. An interesting note from the Majors, their goalie, Justin Peters (draft eligible) scored the empty net goal for Toronto.

Locke was a huge disappointment in the playoffs, in my opinion.
