N.E. Hockey Journal

Chris Kreider and Ryan Bourque are on the cover of the latest New England Hockey Journal.

By the way, Stan Fischler has a column in every issue.

Unfortunately there is no link to the article though and it looks more like a Bruins/New England zine than anything else.

No doubt Kreider would have been very popular pick if he'd been around for the Bruins. Liked Jordan Caron though as well. By the way Stan Fischler is about as mercenary as you can get.

What kind of a rag is this journal anyway?

Vancouver gets another player to line up with Marian Gaborik – who just bought a home in Vancouver – and Pavol Demitra.

Didn't anyone fact check the whole house buying thing?

Nope, no one really checked it out. It was pretty much reported as fact for awhile until someone bothered to ask about it.

Interestingly enough the writer of the piece on Kreider and Bourque is an Army major.

Kirk Luedeke is a good guy, used to write for HF back in the day.
