For Tier II U16 Mid Fairfield was ridiculous. They were a tier I team playing down at tier II because of Conn.'s stupid rules. They blew out every team they played and they had something like 6 college commitments and 11 kids invited to the NTDP tryouts.

I'm a little confused on how the USA national championships works. Can an independent team play in the championships without winning a league title? Could someone maybe explain it a little.

I saw the 92 born team a few years ago and they were amazing to watch. The score was 11-0 or 11-1. I remember K.J. Tiefenwerth was the best player in that game. I wish I knew if Andy Iles or Stephen Johns were playing on that team or not. I think it was a Tier II tournament like you said.

A few months after I saw them play...I told my brother who played against them that the amazing player on that Connecticut team (K.J. Tiefenwerth) committed to BC.
