Sounds like it's a good thing I don't have RDS tonite.

Anybody have any idea what CJ would be like in the dressing room on a night like this. I've seen him lose his cool at the refs on a few occasions, but overall looks to be pretty composed.
Sounds like he needs to tear a strip off the entire team tonite.
How's Ryder doing? Anybody doing their part tonight?

My Prediction, right now

Kovalev is now fired up after his little roughing penalty with Asham and will score 2 goals tonight

3-0 now? On a two goal lead that 3rd goal is the most important. Damn.

I don't think that's necessary. The team is classic "slump" mode. Gripping the sticks too tight, making stupid cross-ice passes to generate offense instead of moving it along the boards, overpursuing skaters in the defensive zone, resulting in gaping holes down low. They're just getting away from their game. I think all they need is a win to turn things around. I think they'll finish the season strong at home, with 2 wins.

Now the Sabres are starting to suck it up and play down to the Rangers. I bet they get a tongue lashing and hope out strong in the second to take the game.

But an Islanders win doesn't help. So I hope you guys come back, too!

Rivet will go in the box for high sticking... 2 minutes.

Edit: The penalty is almost killed. And we'll go on the PP. Let's cut their lead in half!

Messier from Balej and Larose

Poor Gainey

He gave the fans a permanent headache playing a pylon like Dagenais for months during instead a top gun like Balej or Perezhogin and more, trade Balej later (one of our most skilled prospect) + a second round draft for another lazzy veteran like Kovalev that we are going to be happy he get UFA at the end of the season!

Get back Savard!

Why must people always bring up Balej? Kovalev is a way better hockey player and he will show it when it counts. Balej is gone.... forget about it.

They just showed a clip of Lafleur blasting one in. That's like pouring salt on the wounds in this game.

Yeah, they are playing a bad game. There's no cohesion, just a few nice playfs every now and then but they can't convert.

And then... 4-0.

Hamrlik scores.

********..

Thank God the "virus" is hitting the Habs now and not during the playoffs....it is quite a painful performance to watch...I don't know if they are just tired or simply not concentrating at all but rookie mistakes all over the place

While Balej is my favourite prospect i think your'e going a bit too hard on Gainey , Kovalev is the best winger we have right now after Ryder while Zednik and Dagenais get free pass abd do nothing more than Kovy . If Savad was the GM we would not be in the playoffs right now i certain of that .

EDIT : Hopefully this game is the kick in the ass they need to wake up and stop saying '' We played well but ... '' .. NO EXCUSES Philly is gonna kill us if we don'T wake up .
