The Joey Galloway signing has kind of gone under the radar but it could end up being one of their better signing this off season.

Let's squash all the Michael Vick talk right here, right now. They don't need him. I can't imagine them taking on the headaches that will come with him just for 5-7 plays a game.

Belichick actually commented on vick saying he was a good player, also Vick said this morning he is close to signing with a NFL team

Bumped-

The Derrick Burgess acquisition should give them some much-needed pass-rush skills, and coming from Oakland, should be more motivated to perform than he was with that sad sack organization.

First preseason games this weekend...

Burgess is a beast, this is a very solid pickup. More of a down man, not a stand up linebacker which is perfect for us. Losing Vrable wasn't huge but does hurt us in the pass rushing aspect of things. This will definitely be an upgrade.

And they only lost a 3rd and 5th rounder in 2011 for him FWIU.

It's amazing what the Pats do in trades. Always get what they need while giving up next to nothing. Granted this was the Raiders, but who wants the last picks in the 2011 3rd and 5th rounds for a guy with Pro Bowl potential? Remarkable.

The Raiders will take any draft picks, since they can just stockpile players who are really fast with no other football skills like they seem to enjoy doing

Game tonight.

Andy Reid is one of the most overrated coaches/personalities in the NFL.

I'm so pumped football is back, even though its only preseaon.

Thought on how long Brady plays tonight?

I say a quarter maximum, most likely two or three series.

I didn't expect Maroney to still be with the Patriots at this point. Really thought they were going to go in another direction and I'm kind of disappointed that they didn't.

Brady looks awesome. Tried the long ball to Moss and put it right on the finger tips. Asante with the PI negated the catch, but Brady put that ball right on the money. I hope he gets 1 more series.

Edelman can catch the ball pretty well for a QB. I see a lot of promise in the kid, and he's got the right attitude. I hope he makes the team.

That's what I thought as well. Perfect location, perfect touch on the ball, perfect bomb. If not for the arm-bar, that was one long TD pass.

Brady looks like he's picking up right where he left off. He's not much of a scrambler but I'm still anxious to see how he looks when the pressure forces him to move a little bit. The early signs of a successful rehab are there, though.

Edelman looks amazing.

Also, the best part has been the secondary. Wilhite has been all over his man.

Watch out, NFL.

That's one way to make the team. Showed some great quickness on that run-back.

Ben Watson, update your resume.

And cancel the remaining games, we're good to go. I'm am excited. Brady leads them right down the field.

Not where I thought he'd end up. If anyone is gonna give him a chance it will be Philly fans. You could put Charles Manson and Jeffery Dahmer on that team and they'd still back them.

Thank God. All the rumors about him being at Logan can stop.

No where I though he'd go tho.
